AVG Pro anniversary edition

I purchased AVG Pro anniversary edition (Zen) and have only received the trial period. I cannot activate the product. I have followed the instructions and setup an account. So far I have been unable to resolve the problem and I am now very frustrated. I cannot send an email to the company and keep being referred to a telephone number. I am in New Zealand and have no intentions of ringing an international number for help on a problem that could be solved online. Nor can I get help from the so called 24/7 help on the website. I  would like this problem solved ASAP or a full refund of my money.
