Hello, I bought AVG Protection multidevice (1 year subscription).
in my MyAccount panel I can not see my contract and my subscriptions… I see only in my subscriptions AVG FREE - I don't know why, because I paid for the PRO version ?!
I can not upgrade to version PRO - on my computer shows the message - the trial version will expire in 20 days … Please advise what can I do?

I got the contract reference only AVG: 38-5603006 and invoice number: 2902306747 (invoice date: 07/01/2015)
What should I do next?
You write on your web site that AVG PRO does not require a license number, activation through MyAccount, but I do not see in my subscription AVG PRO… only AVG FREE…
