Two categories for this: AVG Protection and the so called 'Security Toolbar' - where do I start - I've wasted half a day trying to fix this shit up - got through to the call centre for assistance and guy hangs up on me (I didn't abuse him but told him what I thought of AVG - phone call recorded in case anyone at AVG disputes that). Bought the Pro (protect all your devices etc.) but the install kept telling me my license would expire in a day - advised to uninstall and reinstall - did this 3 times without fixing the problem - called the call centre - useless - then after uninstalling everything couldn't uninstall the Security Browser Hijacker program - why do they give that crapware away - had to get Revo uninstaller to get rid of it. I used to like AVG and recommend them but not after this experience - shall now tell people to avoid them like the plague.
