We’d be happy to help get your AVG working like it should. I don't see any active subscription under the email address from which you have contacted us. I have sent you an email, please provide your registered email address and share the screenshot of your computer control panel- program list.
I bought an update to my AVG pro. But it does not appear to be installed. When i try to download again I am told that I have the latest version. However it does not seem to be working. If I try to open it, an icon appears in the taskbar but disappears when I try to click on it. Widows Defender says it is not there. Please help. I need to be able to open the control panel.
