I have never come across such a convoluted way of downloading and activating an item.  I paid for AVG Pro on 13 January.  both my son and I have tried to download and activate this function and have failed, as the computer keeps telling me that my free trial of AVG Pro has now expired and I need to purchase it.  Every time I click the appropriate button in the download instructions, it immediately reverts to the previous page.  No wonder they offer to install it for you, (for a fee !).  It shouldnt be made that difficult, especially as the whole thing relates to computer security.  Somewhat disenchanted, as I will now have to call in my local computer boffin which will add to the £35.99 which I have already paid. If my local man can't sort it, then I want my money back. Any comments anyone ??
