We're here to help. AVG Ultimate includes AVG AntiVirus Pro and AVG Cleaner Pro for unlimited Android devices. Please follow the steps below to activate Pro features on your Android device.
Open AVG antivirus app Tap Upgrade on the main screen.
Tap the overflow menu (three dots) icon in the top-right corner.
Select "Login"(your registered email address) located below Restore Purchase.
The app should automatically convert to PRO now.
If it does not, tap on the upgrade button and select "Restore purchase".
I downloaded from playstore through my avg but it claims it's not pro I have to pay extra in addition to my AVG ultimate subscription. Same seems to be true or both antivirus and cleaner. I have a 3 device subscription.
