I have subscribed to an AVG pro account about a month ago now I am requested to update it either monthly or yearly but paid for the subscription till about next year. How can I fix it without that I have to pay in addition for it?
Rolf, Also when filling out your details choose Yes for the Question "Are you currently using any paid/trial AVG products?" even though you may be using the Free version and fill out necessary details and click on Email option.
