Tap on drawer.
Click on Help and support-> Contact support and fill the form.
They will get back to you via email at the earliest with a resolute solution.
Three days ago i've payd via sms for AVG PRO version for my android device. After payment was done antivirus updated and it looked like the process was complete without any issues. Today when i've opened the antivirus, it is like the payment never happened, the software it's again FREE version and ask me to upgrade to PRO. What should i do?
