I upgraded my mobile phone's AVG Protection and I purchased 1 year subscription. After 1 week, I can no longer use my AVG Pro and it's telling me that the subscription has already expired. I can only use the basic feature and not the premium one.
Can you please help me and tell me what happened. It's very annoying that I cannot use the full feature of what I paid for.
