I am sorry to hear that. Are you getting the ads when trying to access other applications? AVG PRO will block the popups/ ads only in AVG Interface not when accessing other applications or browsing Internet.

I upgraded and paid the $11.99 for a year old AVG Pro on both of my phones and the ads are actually worse. Pop ups are horrible. How can this be fixed. I loved AVG Free Version but didn't like all the ads. Pro has more than the free version does. Please help before I cancel both subscriptions and go to a different anti virus protection.
