Hello, Frihild.
May I know on which version of Android OS is your husband's device running? AVG Zen app has been discontinued for Android platform and it is no longer possible to remotely manage AVG apps across your devices.

I have used AVG pro for several years and am very pleased with the product.
I have a PC and Samsung Edge mobile phone with AVG Pro. My husband has my old GT-1903 telephone now and with AVG Free, as AVG Pro constantly jumps to the Free version on his  phone.


* AVG Pro is very unstable on GT-1903 and always jumps to the free version, how can that be?
* What can I do to see the 3 phones on my AVG on my PC?
* I want to scan and update AVG on all devices from my PC, can that be done?

This version of android is compatible with AVG.

Please remove and reinstall AVG on your android device, check if that fix the issue.
