Upon carefully reviewing your account, I see that you have purchased AVG Performance multidevice (2 years subscription) on November 2015. Please be informed that AVG Performance comes under AVG Zen product. AVG Zen has both AVG Protection and AVG Performance built in it. Since you have purchased only AVG Performance it will be active till 2017.11.27. And the trial version of AVG Protection will be installed in your pc. Once the trial version expires you need to purchase the full version.

My account states that I am subscribed until November 2017 to AVG Performance PRO, which includes:
AVG PC TuneUp for PC: product info / user manual / download
AVG Cleaner PRO for Android: product info / download
AVG Cleaner for Mac: product info / download
But the TuneUp is not active and the pop-up states that my trial to AVG Pro has expired. It looks to me as if my subscription isn't working.

Thank you for replying us back. We would request you to run AVG remover tool to completely remove AVG and then re install it.
Please click this link http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe to download and run the AVG Remover tool.
1. Please select the AVG products which are shown in the remover tool window and then start removal process.
2. After the remover tool process is successfully finished, restart your computer.
3. After the restart, manually delete the AVG Remover folder in the C drive of My computer.

- Once uninstalled download the installation file using the link : http://www.avg.com/download to reinstall your AVG program.
Note : Please install your AVG Antivirus program first and then try to install the AVG Performance program.
5. Run the downloaded file to start the installation process.
6. Follow the instructions on your screen.
7. Complete the installation and restart your computer.
