As per our record, we see that you have purchased the subscription only for AVG Performance multidevice and not for AVG protection, so on AVG Zen interface you will be having the paid version installed on the performance circle whereas on protection you will have the trial version of AVG Internet Security installed.
Protection program provides protection to your PC against viruses whereas Performance will only help to speed up your PC.
I have updated from the free version. When I check my status it shows not being fully protected and when you open it is offers me a 30 day free trial but i thought I was already subscribed.
