Avg pro protection and performance

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
As per our record you have purchased the subscription for AVG Protection multi-device (1 year subscription) and AVG Performance multi-device (1 year subscription) and both expires on 22nd March 2017.
On the AVG Zen interface do you have your email address displayed or just as "CONNECT" ?
Is the Upgrade option appear for Protection or Performance or for both?

i upgrade to the AVG ProPackage.I paid for it march22th.On  the securiy page it said to upgrade to Pro I already bought 1t can't buy again what can I do?
