AVG pro subscription won't activate

I have purchased an AVG pro subscription with AVG tuneup included and yet on zen it is saying that I have not purchased a subscription. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting my account to no avail.

We regret for the inconvenience caused. On checking with your account we can see that you have active product of AVG Ultimate for 1 month subscription.
AVG ultimate is combined package of AVG Internet Security and AVG PC Tune up. This product does not require a license number for activation, as it is activated using your AVG MyAccount that was created during your purchase. If you have already installed the product, please follow these steps to activate it:

Open AVG Zen (click Start - Programs - AVG Zen - AVG).
Click Connect in the top part of the window.
Click Connect to an existing Zen Network.
Fill in your AVG MyAccount login (your email address) and password, and then click Connect.
AVG Zen will recognize your subscription and your AVG product will be activated.
