No, unfortunately not. But I have noticed I did not get a product key when I purchased the upgraded part. Was I supposed to? I read a comment sent to someone else earlier on here and "connected" with my email address which was used in the purchase of the product and still no luck. I have logged into my AVG account and can see AVG performance Pro listed as well as the free version. Its just seems to be sticking.

I am trying to download and install my purchase of the upgraded (from free) performance part of AVG Zen Pro. I have tried twice now and it starts downloading, gets to 50% and stops - goes no further. I am using a laptp with windows 8 on it
