And now it's saying I've been downgraded to free because my subsription has expired or has been cancelled. But it says I'm paid in full to next January.
I purchased the upgrade for AVG a few months ago, but I can't seem to find it. All I see is the free version, and now it's telling my free trial has expired. Can anyone tell me what's going on? Everytime I turn on my computer it tells me it's expired and I should upgrade. I've confirmed that I did infact purchase it. ?? Help please.
