Hello Louise,

I understand the inconvenience.
I see that your recently purchased AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer) license expires only on 30th September 2018.
Please check the confirmation email that you received during the purchase by logging into email account from a browser and do not check AVG email from client like Outlook.
I have sent the license number through email now.
If the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.

Am I the only one whom has a problem with the techs, understanding my problems with their products?
Just renewed my AVG TUNE UP.  Today it states its has expired.  Took me 25 minutes to get across that
the renewal did not come with a License. Just Invoice #, Order#…
