I purchased AVG Ultimate 2015 from Amazon. Got Product Key# and registered/set up account as requested. When I sign into AVG, I am told I have no products in my account, however, when I retry to log in from the Amazon links, it says there was an activation under a different user? Any thoughts on how I can back-track and try and start over? Or should I contact Amazon/Credit Card and get refund and start over. Thanks!
