Hi all,
I purchased AVG Ultimate Edition (10 Devices/2 Years) last week, and today I decided to also download and install the apps for my android device, upon logging into the mobile app, it continued to prompt me to "upgrade" which confused me as I logged in with the same AVG account details as I use in the Desktop Software/AVG Website. I also then tried the AVG VPN application and this wouldn't even accept that same AVG account login, acting like it doesn't exist, and I double and triple checked the username and password.
I then went into my Desktop AVG and checked out my products page, which shows the following:
It shows me as being logged in to my account, however, when I click "Go to My Account" it shows absolutely nothing under the "My Subscriptions" section, which is why I think that the mobile applications are asking me to pay all over again.
Can anyone assist me with why my 2 year subscription doesn't seem to have properly linked to my account?

Unfortunatley, the only email I have received on that registered email address is the one informing me that you posted your reply here, I have received no other emails from AVG.
I have double checked the email address registered on my AVG account and can confirm that it is correct, and can confirm it has not gone into my Spam folder, any ideas?
