In this case, we suggest you to open the AVG Program Deactivator and re enable all the disabled programs by deactivator. After which you will be able to use the applications.

I ran program deactivator yesterday and now Steam and my audio drivers aren't working correctly. I looked in the program and saw they were under the no load category and so they are permanently disabled. Now my computer plays static whenever the audio driver is running and none of my steam games can open because the second Steam isn't the primary window it gets shut off.  Any help?
