My AVG Internet Security 2016…AND…
My Avg TuneUp 2016…
have BOTH stopped working correctly – again.
After this morning's automatic update, the AVG security Scan is 'frozen' at 1% progress.
The AVG TuneUp 2016 is 'locked' as a 30 day trial.
This happened previously apprx Oct 21, 2016 and I was instructed by AVG Support to un-install and reinstall.
I reinstalled (per instructions) but……
The reinstall became something called AVG Zen 30day Trial which is incorrect BECAUSE…
I have a paid subscription as of Aug, 2016.
