Please follow the steps below to activate the AVG Anti Virus:
Please, open AVG Internet Security>My AVG>Subscriptions.
Please click on "Log out" on AVG Subscription Tab and then you will be able to find "Remove License" option. If the Logout Option is not available, please click on Remove License.
Click on it and wait for the process to get finished.
Once it is completed please restart your PC and get into subscriptions tab to click on "Enter License"
Enter the License Number and check whether it activates your subscription.
I've sent you a separate email with the License Information and also some additional information regarding your AVG MyAccount. Please check your Inbox.
I paid for AVG Antivirus back on May 20th of 2017 and, the AVG program is not recognizing my purchase. When i got to my subscriptions on the site it says i have none but the payment shows up in the order history. Can someone please tell me what maybe happening?
