AVG program won't install because another AVG oproduct is preventing it

Yes, you have AVG TuneUp - Unlimited until 2019 but have been charged for renewal of AVG PC TuneUp. Shall we merge all your products (AVG Internet Security - Unlimited, AVG Anti-Virus, AVG TuneUp - Unlimited &  AVG PC TuneUp) into one program named AVG Ultimate which includes both Internet Security & PC Tuneup in a single package?

I am being billed for an AVG program that won't install because of an existing AVG program.

Why have AVG Tune Up and AVG PC Tune Up???

OK-- merge the subscriptions.  I hope none of them overlap in protection programs.

Jane, you have purchased AVG TuneUp unlimited program on 2018.9.1, where you already had active AVG PC TuneUp 1 computer (1 year) that is good until 2018.11.3.

Now this AVG PC TuneUp 1 computer (1 year subscription) has been renewed automatically and the license period was extended until 2019.11.3.

And this is the reason why you can't install AVG PC TuneUp as you already have it active on your PC.

So if we merge all your AVG subscriptions into a single subscription you will get AVG Ultimate with extended subscription period.
