I have AVG on my computer for several years.3 or 4 days ago I noticed a yellow question mark in mt AVG Internet Security icon with comment your computer is not full protected. I can't pu;; up any avg programs except to purchase another addition to the programs I now have. Otherwise I can't get any avg programs. I have tried many times to get problem solved by Avg support but so far no results. I use chat more effectively than telephone because I'm hard of hearing. Please contact your technitians that can handle my problem. I must be contacted by chat otherwise I'm very poor at taking instructions over the phone. I gave and will give my permission to remotely take over my PC to resolve any problem. Please get someone to work on my PC ASAP. I'm very frustrated right now with AVG not solving this problem sooner. Thanks,Bill Boulware-.
