when i run a scan on AVG internet security, it tells me i have a few issues, and i press resolve. when i do, it sends me to the subscription purchasing screen. i have double checked many times that i am signed in and my subscription is active, but still nothing happens. also, when i go onto tuneup, it does the same when i do maintenance or computer speed ups. it will tell me i have unnecessary files that avg can delete, but when i press it will send me to the subscription purchasing screen please help
