AVG protectie zou verlopen zijn

Ik ontvang steeds mail dat mijn AVG verlopen is terwijl ik op de vervaldatum een nieuwe AVG heb aangeschaft. Kunt u opheldering geven. Volgens mij ben ik volledig beschermd.

I have received several mails saying that the avg protection has expired. But three weeks ago i bout a New licence for one year. Can you explain this?

I still get email that my AVG expired while I have purchased a new AVG at maturity. Can you give an explanation. I think I'm fully protected.
