I have been running a paid version of AVG Internet Security 2015 that is due to run out November 29, 2015. I installed it on my old laptop running Windows 7 using a CD/DVD drive. My new laptop, running Windows 8.1, does not have a drive. The current subscription installed on my new laptop just by signing into my account I believe. I purchased a copy of AVG Protection 2015 from a store so have a disc and an activation code but no way to read the disc. I tried to "Reactivate" through the current AVG dashboard but it won't accept the activation code that came with the disc. Any suggestions on what might be wrong? Do I have to use the disc or can I just install through the website? Any help greatly appreciated!
