I purchased this the other day when my trial period of McAfee expired and can't get it to load. I keep getting error message OXE001003D. This is frustrating. I called and they wanted $179.99 for a 1 time fix. I just spent $50.00 on the software and $500 on the computer. It seems like this should be an easy fix.
