We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We would request you to uninstall any conflicting anti virus or anti malware programs if installed on your computer. Then please run the AVG remover tool to remove all the remnants of the failed installation as described below.
To run remover tool, please visit http://www.avg.com/tools#tba2 and click on "AVG Remover" to download the remover tool and run it on your PC. It will ask you to select which product you would like to uninstall. Please select "AVG Protection" and follow the setup instructions to uninstall AVG.
Then to determine whether your OS is a 32-bit or 64-bit, please click on this link. http://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/827218 .
Upon running the remover tool successfully, please try to re install AVG again. Thank you.
Hi. I've tried installing AVG Protection Pro on my PC, which has Windows 10. I think it's running a 32 bit OS. I've tried some of the troubleshooting options such as the Reset and Remover but both did not work. My error message code is 0xE0010015.
