I'm sorry to hear this is happening. Can you boot into Windows Safe mode http://avgclick.me/rebootintosafemode? If yes then please uninstall AVG from there otherwise I recommend following this http://avgclick.me/1AIHAr0 guide.

I loaded your anti virus yesterday.  Now my pc keeps restarting at log in to laptop.  Can't do anything.  It's a 2 month old computer.  Worked beautiful till now. Help
