First - install hung up at 75% complete, after 2 hours canceled install - -uninstall hung up at 50% complete. Had to do a hard reboot. Now I get an error 0xe001f632 when I try to install again - - I tried using the support page both times - but it does not recognize when all fields are filled - - this is frustrating!
