Upon checking your record, we can see that the subscription for AVG Protection Multidevice (1 year subscription) is valid till 22nd October 2017.
We request you to follow the below mentioned instructions to reactivate your program and check whether you getting the expiry notices:
1) Open AVG Zen (click Start - Programs - AVG Zen - AVG).
2) Click email address displayed in the top part of the AVG Zen interface.
3) Please select "Log out as Admin" and then click again on the same place where you had the email address.
4) Please select "Leave this network" and again click on the same place where you had the email address.
5) Please select "connect to an existing network" and enter the AVG my account credentials and then click Connect.
AVG Zen will recognize your subscription and your AVG product will be activated.

Avg protection multidevice paid 7/10/16 but nothing appears except message that i have no protection
avg protection multidevice paid for 07/10/16 but messages to me only say my security is not covered . what am i failing to do?
