AVG Protection (paid) installation issue

We appreciate your efforts. Let's work together to fix it. Please go to Control Panel -> Programs and Features -> Uninstall -> check if AVG Internet Security is listed there. If it is partially installed, delete it and run AVG Clear and Remover tool again.

After restart, go to Run window (press windows key and R key simultaneously) and type the following comments to delete the folders manually.

1. Type  “Temp” and press enter, remove all the files.
2.  “%temp%” and remove all the files.
3.  %appdata% - Remove all the AVG folders.
4.  %programdata% - Open the AVG folder and remove the old files.
5. Type C: and press enter, delete AVG remover folder.

Please go to c: drive-> program files and delete the AVG files.

Reinstall AVG Internet Security Unlimited as suggested here: https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Download-and-install-AVG-Protection and activate it using your email address & password.

today I tried to uninstall my expired trial version of AVG PC Tune-up (using IOBIT uninstaller) and all of a sudden my paid (full) AVG protection program malfunctioned and I was completely unable to run it neither from its associated desktop icon nor from Windows Start Menu.By using "AVG Clear" and "AVG Remover" programs I completely uninstalled my AVG Protection software in order to re-install it all over again.However after the installation process completes there isn't any AVG start icon on my desktop and the AVG program is completely missing from Windows Start Menu list therefore I'm completely unable to start the program.Strange thing is that AVG folders are in their places where they should in Program Files(x86) and Program Data as well! I tried the same procedure over and over again to no avail.
Please advise a possible solution otherwise my just 2 months old subscription will be completely in vain.
PC OS is Windows 10.

Thank you for your support,but even though I tried twice following exactly your quide step by step the outcome is still the same.No way to get AVG started.The icon is still missing from desktop and the application from Start Menu as well.In the Windows "Services" list there are 3 AVG related programs:
1: AVG Antivirus with its status "Stopped" and Status Type "Automatic"
2: AVG Firewall with its status "Running"   and Status Type "Automatic"
3: avgblDSAgent with its status "Stopped" and Status Type "Manual"

When I try to manually start both "AVG Antivirus" and "avgblDSAgent" sevices I get the same Windows Error message:
"Windows could not start the AVG Antivirus (or avgblDSAgent) service on Local Computer.
Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.
"

As far as I understand only the AVG firewall is capable to run indicated also by the Windows defender.However any other AVG associated program/service remains stopped.

Looking forward to your answer and help,don't have a clue what's going on here!!
