AVG Protection PRO/AVG Performance Pro suddenly requires password

This license error popup issue is a known one and we request our customers to completely reinstall the AVG program using the removal tool.
Do you have the password issue for AVG Performance after reinstalling it?

I have installed the above programs, which seem to run nicely. However, on startup of the computer i get a notice: "AVG is not able to reckognise my licence number. Please reenter or close AVG".
The above programs do not require a licence number. I have found a work-around this, but it is very annoying. Until I found my little work-around I ended up running the Removal tool and reinstalling both programs. Please advise.
Also, on the service side, please clearly mark on your webpage where the User Forum is. One should not have to spend a lot of time trying to find it. Just a piece of advice.
