Please follow the instructions in the link http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Download-and-install-AVG-Protection to install the AVG Protection.
We would suggest you remove the Performance product using the tool http://www.avg.com/filedir/util/TuneUp_Remover.exe and we also advise you not to click on the performance component under the Zen dashboard otherwise it will download the performance again and it will ask to buy.

Used the AVG protection program, version 2014/15 without any difficulties and interferences with other programs. Now, installing the newly purchased 2016 program version (order number 37-6026494), all sorts of gimmicks are coming up. Thus, opening ZEN the performance window shows up in red and a pop up window suggests to buy AVG Perfomance Pro in addition. Even worse, this advert continues popping up after closing on the Windows (7) screen.
