We regret for the inconvenience caused. While verifying your account you have AVG Protection multidevice (1 year subscription) as your active subscription. Please make sure whether you have activated your AVG Protection program with your AVG My Account credentials. If not please follow the instructions on the article : http://avgclick.me/ActivateZen to activate the AVG Protection program.
If the issue persists, please click this link http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe to download and run the AVG Remover tool.
1. Please select the AVG products which are shown in the remover tool window and then start removal process.
2. After the remover tool process is successfully finished, restart your computer.
3. After the restart, manually delete the AVG Remover folder in the C drive of My computer.
4. Once uninstalled download the installation file using the link : http://www.avg.com/download to reinstall your AVG program.

I renewed my subscription over a month ago and it appears to have stopped working, even though it worked following renewal. When I open AVG Zen it shows there is no protection. There is no license key for AVC Protection Pro so what should I do?
