AVG protection products not transferred to new PC

Recently I bought a new desktop PC using Windows 10 Office Pro (from outdated Windows Vista Home Premium) and had all my files transferred from old PC directly to new PC but none of my 4 AVG products appear on my screen even after downloading another back up disc the day before. Now when I try to turn on any of the 4 protection products currently valid and paid for I cannot open unless I pay more money. What can I do about this?
