My two-year AVG protection subscription expired yesterday and has not renewed although I paid for a further two years renewal to 2nd July 2017 on 3rd June 2015 reference Order No: (Order Id removed) Reference no: (Reference Id removed) charged £62.39 to my credit card.
This morning my screen says subscription expired, my computer no longer protected.
I have repeatedly instructed your system to activate my renewed subscription every time your reminder has appeared on screen.
My AVG account says the subscription had been renewed to 2017.
The licence is no: (License number removed)
PLEASE EXPEDITE THIS RENEWAL P.D.Q.
