AVG Protection requires renew after a few days

I've set up a new PC and a Android Smartphone and put them into my ZEN group.  The phone went fine, the PC keeps nagging me that I should by the Pro version within 12 days.
There's no feedback 'til now from AVG support which I contacted on 19. August and 7. September.
I have renewed my license on 08. August 2015.

Any ideas ?
