This is the second time I've had this problem. I did the remote access fix earlier, bro Bharahahaha, said it was fixed it most certainly is not. Protection scan is stalled but still running and I can't shut it down.
It's running my cpu at max, this is a brand new dell laptop with windows 10, ( which I hate already). I need some real help.
