If you have already installed the product, please follow these steps to activate it:
Open AVG Zen (click Start - Programs - AVG Zen - AVG).
Click Connect in the top part of the window.
Click Connect to an existing Zen Network.
Fill in your AVG MyAccount login (your email address) and password, and then click Connect.
AVG Zen will recognize your subscription and your AVG product will be activated.

I signed up for the full protection at a discounted price, it keep saying my trial period is over, and the computer is running terrible. I paid 30.00, what can you tell me?
It say that it is already connected, but it has my daughters email address, not mine. I signed up with maybe that is the problem?
