!avg provides shocking customer service!

Past 36hrs of the worst customer experince with the PRESTIGIOUS "PREMIUM TECHNICAL SUPPORT TEAM" after dealing with 5 different techs from this team that who all had wasted my time and still not resolved my issue. I got sent to the incorrect team "BILLINGS", I was promised a CALL Back from yesterday via email with a 24hr turn around lol now im up to 36hours of waiting......Is this really a Premium Team with below standard service.

Its been a very frustrating experience even to ask to talk to a Manager over 20 times with the last shocking tech rep person who she also promised me a call back of uptp 3hrs which is 3am over here lol........

with my tenure of a loyal subscribed paying customer who has never needed to call through until now (as I wish I hadn't).....

Worst interaction with AVG!!!! I AM NOT HAPPY!!!!

I WANT. A MANAGER TO CALL ME ASAP!!!
