I am having the same issue. Is this something that only support can add to my AVG account, or is there a set of steps we can do on our own? I cannot see how to add my license purchased on Amazon to my AVG account. ( My Amazon and AVB accounts are different email addresses. Or do they have to be the same email?)

My subscription is not shown. How do I ADD MY OTHER 4 DEVICES?

AVG products purchased from reseller like Amazon will not show under AVG Myaccount. User can install AVG free products from AVG website and activate paid subscription by login using their AVG MyAccount credentials.
