Okay, now I'm confused. Your banner concerning the support telephone number says, down at the bottom, "Note: Premium Support is a paid service." But elsewhere in the banner it says, "Call now for a FREE diagnosis." THAT's really clear...

So; paid, or free? Explain? Then maybe clarify the language of the banner, n'kay?
