AVG Pushing out ads to me for services I already have

Hello Clark,

There are several products available with AVG which has distinct functions.
Hence, you would get the campaign popups and emails to know about all the products of AVG.
However, it will not appear for the products that you have already subscribed.
If it appears, then the possible reason is that you wouldn't have activated the paid subscription on your device.
Could you let us know for which AVG product you are getting the ads?
If possible, share a screenshot of the ads that you receive for AVG which would help us to provide a detailed explanation.

I have complained about this before. At first, I asked WHY AVG is trying to sell me services and products I am already using. I asked, "Don't you have records of me, and of what I'm already using from you? Why do you keep sending me these ads? It makes me think you don't know me or care about me as a customer, except for what I have in my wallet." (Which brings up another point: I'm already paying for some of your services; but if I have to call your support telephone line, you'll make me pay EXTRA for that?? Pretty crummy.)

Well, I'm not asking anymore. I don't care. I'm TELLING you: STOP IT.

There are other companies who would like to have my business. It's true I'm not AVG's only customer, and if I dropped you, you'd never miss me. But one thing's for damn sure: if you don't stop constantly trying to sell me stuff I already have, I WILL drop you. And I'll never miss YOU, either. And you'll get bad press from me forever after, a-MEN!
