Since I ran the AVG scan and it said to put certain programs to sleep, said I could go back and wake them up anytime, I now can't get into my laptop as I normally did now I have an error that is from HP protect tools security manager. After I type my password it goes to a message that says I have to contact my internet provider. I can get on but as this happened since I put certain programs to sleep there must be a way to wake everything back up.
