AVG quarantining System Mechanic Ultimate

Please confirm if the detected file is false positive.

Does all the files related to it are moved to quarantine or only the .exe file?

All of a sudden System Mechanic.exe has been quarantined by AVG. I tried to delete SM and reload it and I cannot Delete it because the SM app deletes itself and no SM.exe . It wont let me download a fresh copy of SM and quarantines the download. AVG has quarantined SMbootstrap also. I am locked and cannot get rid of or reload System Mechanic from my system.
What gives? They used to live together . Windows 10 did a couple of big updates recently. 
No matter what I do AVG quarantines as a threat with Adware I think.
