Avg randomly makes my computer at 100% disk usage

We regret the inconvenience.
Do you experience this issue upon PC startup or during the normal usage?
Could you share a screenshot (https://bit.ly/3hmUdkG) of the task manager to see which AVG services are occupying more resources?

Randomly every other day or so my computer will just freeze up, nothing will load, everything will be slow for like 5 minutes and I open task manager to see that every time its AVG anti-virus taking up 100% of my disk. How do I fix this?
