AVG reboot win10 - how can I disable win10 automatic updates

Well. I have already read the link you sent me before asking the first question, and I have tried everything already before, until the subheadline "Use the Registry to Disable Automatic Updates" which is the final option - I don't feel comfortable going to do anything with the registry files.
It's much easier to have disable avg than win10 and that is what I'm going to do, until avg works with win10.

Hello Päivi,
Please go to Settings and Update in your Windows 10 PC. On the Update settings page, click on Advanced options. There you can be able to disable the automatic updates. Thank you.

Not really avg question since I have read about the problem and solution (avg not working with new win10 update) - but could somebody help me please!

I uninstalled KB3194496 but it just reinstalled itself again rightaway. I can't find anywhere to turn off the automatic windows updates and I really can't find any advise for doing that either by googling about it.

Hello Päivi,
Could you please confirm whether you are installing the updates through Wifi connection? If so please be informed that once after removing the updates please follow the steps provided below so that the updates will not be installed automatically.
Select the Start button.
Select Settings.
Select Network & Internet.
Click Advanced options at the bottom of the list of Wi-Fi networks.
Move the Set as a metered connection slider to on.
Select the Start button.
Select Settings.
Click Windows Update.
Thank you.

Disabling win10 updates not working. Everythime I thing I have managed to disable them, suddenly win10 starts with the updates again. Maybe the problem is that I can't find any Finnish info (my win is in Finnish) and when I'm not sure about this terms, I probably don't find the right choices. After spending two days with this  - maybe there's some fixing update coming soon for AVG?

Hello Paivi,
In that case please try to follow the instructions on the link : http://www.howtogeek.com/224471/how-to-prevent-windows-10-from-automatically-downloading-updates/ and check whether you could disable the automatic updates on Windows 10 PC.
Thank you.

I can't find any sliders anywhere...
This is too complicated...
